Unexpected Earthquake Break

This past summer, my family and I attended the Pratt Museum in Homer, Alaska. There they have an exhibit dedicated to the 1964, 9.0 earthquake. In the exhibit, there are countless accounts of students, and what they experienced that day. When the earthquake hit last Friday, I knew how important those accounts would be to future generations. And, of course, we have video this time. I made the following video of some of the accounts I got. We were a part of history, and a part of science as well. I cannot wait to get back to normal--I am excited to see everyone on Dec. 14th.
